The painting was done with acrylics, but final touches were done with oil pastels. After drying a few days, a clear varnish is added to seal the painting and provide a rich finish.
In the YouTube video of this painting, I'll show how the oil pastels were added to the acrylic painting for more vivid color against the background colors. The video will be available soon at: YouTube.com/MistyGlowStudio.
